From version 1903, Windows 10 will begin reserving 7GB of disk space to use for future updates. The aim behind the disk space reservation is to reduce the number of issues during the update process and helps alleviate some users having to free up disk space themselves before updating.

At CES 2019, Samsung has unveiled its 2019 lineup of devices, which includes two new Windows 10 laptops, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro and the Samsung Notebook Flash, an Always Connected PC.
