For those who have never used IRC, here is a list of commands you can use:
To see a list of channels, type: /list
To register your nickname on the server, type: /nickserv register PASSWORD EMAIL
To identify your nickname each time you connect(nickname must already be registered), type: /nickserv identify PASSWORD
To change your nickname, type: /nick NICKNAME
