If you owned the original Xbox console back in the day, then you may well have come accross Voodoo Vince, an Xbox exclusive game developed by Beep Industries and published by Microsoft. A little more than 13 years after its initial release, the puzzle-platformer game has been remastered for the Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs, giving a whole new generation of gamers the chance to discover the old favorite.

“An original Xbox exclusive, Voodoo Vince debuted in September 2003 and never left our hearts,” explains the Xbox team. In Voodoo Vince, gamers play a voodoo doll searching for its owner in the city of New Orleans. The game has been popular for its snarky humor, and this HD remake will improve the game’s rendering and visual effects. You can watch the latest game trailer below:

Voodoo Vince: Remastered will be released on April 18 on the Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs, and the $14.99 title will support Xbox Play Anywhere. If you live near Boston, the game’s creator Clayton Kauzlaric will be at PAX East this weekend to preview the game a month before its global release.
