Over the last year, Microsoft has been beavering away creating a number of apps for rival operating systems Android and iOS. Though these apps have been met with some despair by Windows Phone fans, users on other platforms have been quick to reward Redmond’s efforts in these areas.
The latest update to Skype for Android continues in this tradition and adds even more functionality for users. The ability has been added to share photos with contacts even when they are offline, meaning they never miss a beat. This makes it much easier to share, without the requirement for both users to be online there is no artificial limit to sharing.
In addition to this, picture in picture view is now supported, chats load faster and the quality of voice calls has been improved, making Skype a little bit better in ever way.
