Transformers Devastation is now available for pre-order on Xbox One, according to Major Nelson. Devastation is based off of the characters in the Transformers TV series from the 1980s. It’s a fighting game where you pit five playable Autobots against classic Decepticons. Activision has teamed up with PlatinumGames in developing Devastation as raucous brawler Xbox game.
Devastation is based on Devastator, the giant robot that is comprised of six Constructicons; Scrapper, Hook, Bonecrusher, Long Haul, Mixmaster, and Scavenger. Devastator was originally allied with the giant Autobot, Omega Supreme. Devastator later betrays Omega Supreme and teams up with the Decepticons.
Transformers Devastation is not yet available for pre-order on Xbox 360, but should be available sometime soon. An exclusive DLC pack is included in Devastation, offering three character skins and three weapons to help you through the five difficulty levels in Devastation, including:
- Optimus Prime’s Nemesis Prime skin with the Dark Star Saber
- Sideswipe’s Red Alert skin with the Photon Distruptor
- Bumblebee’s Goldfire skin with the Golden Hunter weapon
PlatinumGames offers a fast-paced, unique fighting experience with robot and vehicle attacks, counterattacks, robot customization, and an infinite number of fighting combos to leave you playing Devastation again and again.
