Tidal brings its high fidelity music streaming app to the Microsoft Store

Tidal, a music streaming service that offers songs in “lossless” audio format, has officially been released to the Microsoft Store (spotted by Windows Central). This means anyone using a Windows 10 PC or tablet can download the app on the Windows Store. The new app is sure to be welcomed by many subscribers, as they can now pin the app to the Start menu and download tracks to listen offline.

For those unfamiliar, Tidal is a subscription-based music streaming service best know to offers songs in high fidelity 1.4 Mbps format. The Tidal HiFi plan is offered for $19.99 per month, and the Premium standard-quality streaming plan is $9.99 a month for those who don’t need HiFi.

Tidal’s Windows 10 app is available for free on the Microsoft Store.
