In a post on his blog, Major Nelson listed out all the Deals with Gold available on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Deals with Gold are offered exclusively to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, available in the Microsoft Store. The discounts are valid now through April 27, 2020.
The four featured Xbox One games offered at discounts include Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (20% off), Rememoried (75% off), and Layers of Fear + >Observer (60% off). The last game bundle includes two Xbox One game titles. Check out the full Deals with Gold list here.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is the newest release in the Call of Duty franchise, but the Xbox One game title doesn’t seem worth the purchase. In the Microsoft Store, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare garners a 2.5 rating, with most of the reviews advising people to keep their money. Instead of buying Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, it is a better option to play Call of Duty: Warzone. Call of Duty: Warzone is a free-to-play, Battle Royale game in the Modern Warfare universe.
Rememoried is an independent Xbox One game title where you explore memories and dreams in a surrealist first-person experience. You’ll explore memories and dreams in a truly bizarre adventure. The Layers of Fear + >observer_ game bundle follows the surrealist theme and features two horror titles for the price of one. Developed by Bloober Team, In Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition, you play as a crazy painter to create an epic painting while navigating an ever-changing mansion. The DLC has you come back and do the same as the painter’s daughter while trying to figure out what caused her father to go mad. In >Observer_, you as an Observer in 2084 Poland, where you hack into the minds of the insane while you search for your estranged son.
