Microsoft launched the latest Windows 10 build last Saturday, proving that its Insider Team is working around the clock to implement user feedback into reliable builds. Build 14385 is the newest Windows 10 build available to Insiders, yet Dona Sarkar is already using an even newer build.

This can only mean one thing: the upcoming Windows 10 build is around the corner and will soon land on your machines. Taking into account Microsoft’s latest build release pattern, it’s only a matter of time until the build is released to Fast Ring Insiders. Actually, the build could come as soon as today or even tomorrow.

Rumors suggest that the upcoming build will bear the code name 14388. As usual, it should bring only bug fixes and system improvements, as Microsoft is no longer focusing on adding new features. Right now, the Windows Insider Team’s goal is to make Windows 10 as stable as possible.

Most likely, build 14388 will be available for both PC and Mobile, as the latest builds have been released for both platforms.

The final version of Windows 10 will be released on August 2 and is expected to bring a series of interesting improvements.

The Anniversary Update is scheduled to improve Microsoft Edge by allowing users to download extensions. While Insiders can already do this, Microsoft wants the general public to get their hands on this feature as quickly as possible.

The Anniversary Update will also create a single Store for all Microsoft platforms, as the Windows Store and the Xbox Store will soon converge. Speaking of the common Store, communication between Windows 10 and Windows Mobile will improve as more user actions will translate to the other platform.

Meanwhile, don’t forget to check the available updates because you never know when Dona Sarkar will press the release button for the next Windows 10 build.
