The Alcatel Idol 4S is now cheaper than ever on the US Microsoft Store. As spotted by Neowin, the Redmond giant is now selling the Windows 10 Mobile handset without the bundled VR headset for just $99, a limited time $200 discount that will end next month. This price is $70 cheaper compared to the version with the VR handset, which has been on sale for quite some time now.
Overall, this is an excellent price for a handset featuring a premium design and excellent specs (for a Windows 10 Mobile phone.) For some perspective, the only other Windows 10 Mobile handset still on sale on the US Microsoft Store is the $799 HP Elite x3, a price that obviously no longer makes sense in 2018.
According to the store listing, the $99 pricing for the Alcatel Idol 4S will be available through February 8 while supplies last, so you may want to act fast if you really want one.
