SwiftKey users can now share their location and calendar with contacts

Microsoft's SwiftKey Keyboard for Android devices has begun to roll out an update that adds the ability for its users to share their location and calendar events directly from the keyboard. Here's the official release notes.

  • Quickly insert the address of your current location to share with family and friends (US and India only)
  • Easily share calendar events from your keyboard
  • You can now long press and delete Double-Word predictions

This is the first update for the keyboard since it's major shift to Version 7.0 several weeks ago. That large update added a variety of new features such as a new toolbar, improved gifs, and a new stickers section. You can read more about that update here.
