There have been many rumors floating the internet about when Microsoft will launch its Surface Windows 8 tablets and when Windows Phone 8 will be launched. According to a new report, it looks like we will see these two products around the same time as Windows 8’s official launch.
According to a report by ZDNet’s Mary Jo Foley, Microsoft’s Surface tablet will be launched a day before Windows 8’s general availability, October 25th. After the launch event which is expected to be in New York City, we can see the Surface products available hours later. Windows Phone 8, the highly anticipated mobile operating system from Microsoft, is expected to be launched on the 29th of October and is expected to be launched somewhere near Los Angeles or San Francisco. We wont see Windows Phone 8 until a week or so later once handsets containing Windows Phone 8 are released.
