Surface Pro averages a high consumer retail rating, screen quality is the highest rated feature
There has been plenty of negativity around the Surface Pro device since its launch in February of 2013. We’ve seen plenty of issues come up on the device, including WiFi connectivity issues, overheating issues, as well as battery life complaints.
However, according to the Examiner, the Surface Pro has actually seen an almost-perfect rating in terms of consumer reviews of the device. According to the report, the Surface Pro has an average rating of 4.62 out of a perfect 5, based on 396 consumer reviews from sources such as Amazon, Best Buy, and other retailers.
The feature that everyone seems to love the most is the screen quality of the Surface Pro. Users even mentioned that the Surface Pro is too expensive, but it isn’t a big deal. The Surface Pro runs for $899 for the 64GB model and $999 for the 128GB model (of course this doesn’t factor in taxes or shipping).
What about battery life? Some of the users weren’t too excited about the battery life but some praised that they were able to obtain up to 5 hours of battery life.
So there you have it. What better way to see how well Microsoft’s Surface Pro is doing by simply looking at the consumer reviews. While it doesn’t factor in those who had issues and never felt like leaving a review, this is a good start to see how well the device is doing. What are your gripes about the device?
