Straw for Windows Phone picks up an update, adds toast notifications
Straw is a service which allows users to post a question on social networks, and get responses from their friends about questions they may have. The service has a dedicated app in the Windows Phone Store and users can download it for free. The results of the polls can be delivered directly to your email inbox, your phone via SMS in real-time, or within the app in a visual manner.
Recently, the app picked up an update bumping it to version 1.0.9 and it is a minor one. Along with the usual bug fixes, the latest update adds toast notifications after the poll has ended. It’s still in beta stages so the developers are asking users to send in their feedback so they could improve the app for its users.
If you’re a regular user of the app, and come across any bug, make sure you email it to [email protected] and notify them about it.Apps, Microsoft, Straw, Windows Phone, Windows Phone 8.1
