Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order video game officially announced

Details on Respawns upcoming Star Wars video game were officially revealed during EA Play this morning. This major release, which is expected to launch on Microsoft's Xbox One video game consoles, will be named Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and will feature a story set between the events of Star Wars Episode III and IV.

Very little information as given beyond the title and setting however is confirmed that the player will be taking on the role of a Jedi. An official game description was released for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order which you can read right here.

From Respawn Entertainment comes a brand-new action adventure game which tells an original Star Wars story around a surviving Padawan set shortly after the events of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is set for release in Holiday 2019, next year, so fans have a year and a half to speculate on further details and wait for more announcements.
