We are all quite familiar with Polaroid and their instant cameras which generates a developed film image. But did you know that Polaroid builds smartphones too? During the IFA event this week in Germany, Polaroid unveiled the 8MP 5-inch Windows Phone 8.1-powered Polaroid WinPro 5.0 smartphone.
It appears that Polaroid is making a bold venture into the world of Windows Phone. Discovered by WinTouch.de, the smartphone packs a 5-inch IPS display with 1280×720 resolution, a 1.3Ghz Quad Core CPU, an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage.
