The Windows 10 Roku app is being released to more customers across the UK, Canada and Mexico. According to an updated changelog for the app on the Windows Store, the app has undergone a round of bug fixes as well as enabling regional support for Mexico, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Roughly two weeks ago, a revamped Roku app hit the Windows Store bringing a modern user interface refresh as well as Windows 10 development plumbing.

Unfortunately, for some, Roku developers also immediately crushed hopes of the app becoming a Universal Windows Platform solution as the company explained that a Windows 10 Mobile client was not being planned. Roku developers did mention that they would continue to support the already existing Windows Phone 8.1 app despite its aging development framework.

As it stands now, users on Windows 10 devices in the US, Canada, UK and Mexico can enjoy over 3000 channels and 300,000 movies worth of entertainment.

Visit the Windows Store today to give the app a test run. Let us know what you think of the app and how your Roku experience is measuring up other possible streaming services you’re using.
