Redesigned EA Access Hub is now available to everyone on Xbox One

After some testing with Xbox Insiders, the new EA Access Hub is now available for all Xbox One owners. The redesigned app introduces a News page for keeping up with EA’s latest game, a “Coming Soon” section to check out the upcoming Play First trials, as well as some welcome performance improvements.

After installing the update, you’ll see that the new hub also has a Games section that features your installed games, all games included in the EA Access Vault as well as all currently available Game Trials. Lastly, the Account section can show you how many games in the Vault you have played, and there are also shortcuts for managing your membership and privacy settings. Overall, the new app is much faster than the previous version, which was quite difficult to use.

The EA Access Hub isn’t as useful as it used to be as the My Games & Apps screen on the Xbox One now features an EA Access section. Still, the new app is pretty useful if you want to keep up with EA’s latest games, watch video trailers and more. If you have yet to try EA Access, you can try it for $4.99 a month (or $29.99 a year) and get unlimited access to more than 60 games including Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2, FIFA 17 and more.
