Poll: What’s the big Microsoft story of 2017?

Kip Kniskern

2017 is shaping up to be a big year for Microsoft. Two new Windows 10 updates are planned, with the Creators Update set for an April release, and “Redstone 3” coming later in the year. We’ll see our first signs of what an integrated LinkedIn and Microsoft will look like, hear more about (and then be able to buy) Project Scorpio, be able to check out a new generation of Surface devices, and maybe even catch a glimpse of a Surface phone.

So what do you think we’ll remember Microsoft’s 2017 for? When we look back, what will be the “big story?” Take our poll and let us know what you think:

So what will blow you away this year? Will it be a new Surface Book (or a completely new Surface device)? Will HoloLens surprise and delight? Will Redstone 3 be the “Mobility Update” and usher in a new era of mobile computing, or will advances in Office 365 with LinkedIn integration be the big story in 2017?

Let us know where you think Microsoft is heading this year, and don’t forget to follow us on Twitter for all the latest Microsoft news!
