Image leaks, renders, and FCC listings circle around the mobile journalism industry and with them have come some impressive rumored images of what could be the Lumia 650 and Lumia 850. Being rumors, it’s important to take a wait and see approach to find out what the real devices look like, if they exist at all.
Looking back to last year, impressions of the Lumia 950 were not great when only based on renders but the negativity seems to have died down once the devices were seen in person. So fair warning that first impressions aren’t always a be-all, end-all.
With that being said, here’s a rumored image of the Lumia 650. It’s metal trim meets many people’s demand for a premium look and if it lives up to its sibling the Lumia 640, it will be a solid device, especially for the price range the 6xx line is in. There are multiple other images to give you an even better idea of what the device looks like.
The rumored Lumia 850, which at one point was apparently cancelled, looks good as well. It’s matte body and metal trim blend well together and have a premium look. This device has been in more rumors than a relationship between a reality star and a professional athlete so who knows if it’ll come out but it does look nice.
