Parallels launches three packs of tailored productivity tools for Windows and Mac, available at a lower price

Parallels, the company behind Parallels Desktop for Mac and the Parallels Toolbox suite of productivity tools is launching today Parallels Toolbox Packs, which are new tailored suites of tools available at a lower price. This should be handy for customers who don’t have use for the 30+ tools available in the all-in-one Parallels Toolbox app for Windows and Mac.

Three Parallels Toolbox Packs are available today, and the customized packages are categorized by key use. First of all, the Parallels Toolbox Presentation Pack comes with Presentation mode, which will hide all files on your desktop, block all notifications, prevent sleep mode and automatically optimize display settings when you need to give a presentation.  This pack also includes many other Parallels Toolbox tools including the Launch tool for opening multiple files with just one click.

Next, the Parallels Toolbox Screen and Video Pack is targeting users who often need to record audio or videos from their screen, and it comes with various tools including Record Screen, Convert Video, Download Video, and more. Unfortunately, Parallel’s Make GIF tool is still only available on macOS.

Lastly, the Parallels Toolbox Disk and System Pack can help you free up disk space and optimize performance on your PC: the highlight is the Clean Drive tool which can scan, detect, and let you choose what to delete on your PC, but there is also a Free Memory tool for Mac users needing to reclaim RAM memory.

You can download free trials of Parallels Toolbox Presentation Pack, Parallels Toolbox Screen and Video Pack, and Parallels Toolbox Disk and System Pack on Parallels’ website. Each Parallels Toolbox Pack is available for $9.99 a year, which is slightly cheaper than the $19.99/year subscription for the complete Parallels Toolbox suite of tools.
