Official Mint financial app for Windows 8.1 gets its first update, fixes login issues

The official Mint financial app for Windows 8.1 – along with Windows Phone 8 – was rolled out earlier this month and the very first update to the Windows 8.1 app is now available. Mint allows you to keep track of your financial accounts, bill reminders and personalized money advice right from your Start screen.

“Mint pulls in all your personal finance accounts into one place, so you can manage your money from anywhere. Track your spending, create a budget, and save more,” the app description reads.

In this new update, which bumps the app version number to 1.1, Intuit has fixed the login issue that some users were experiencing. Basically, when starting the app, some users were experiencing no login functionality or slow login functionality. This has now been resolved.
