Office Mobile for Android now lets you open, edit, and save documents from Dropbox

Microsoft has rolled out an update to the Office Mobile app for Android, adding support for Dropbox. Roughly two weeks ago, Microsoft and Dropbox announced a partnership, which lets Dropbox users edit their documents directly from Dropbox via Microsoft’s solution. On the Microsoft side, Office users will have access to Dropbox from within the Office apps.

Today, Microsoft has rolled out an update to the Office Mobile app for Android, giving users the ability to open, edit, and save documents from Dropbox. With Office Mobile on Android, you can access, view, and edit your Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint documents from virtually anywhere. Documents look like the originals, thanks to support for charts, animations, SmartArt graphics and shapes. When you make quick edits or add comments to a document, the formatting and content remain intact.

Head over to the VIA link below to download the free app. If you already have it installed, head over to Google Play to install the update.
