Nvidia releases GeForce 326.01 WHQL drivers for Windows 8.1 Preview

Nvidia has rolled out an updated graphics driver for those on the new Windows 8.1 Preview. These drivers are also WHQL certified and were released on the same day as the Windows 8.1 Preview. Nvidia put a lot of effort into getting these drivers ready.

“NVIDIA has long been committed to working with Microsoft to ensure the best possible Windows experience for GeForce users. Our close working relationship with Microsoft allows us to provide WHQL-certified GeForce drivers via Windows Update on Day 1 for key milestones such as this Release Preview,” Nvidia stated in an official announcement for the drivers.

The new WHQL GeForce driver version 326.01 for Windows 8.1 is also available from Windows Update, after installing the Windows 8.1 Preview. However, if you want to manually download the drivers, head over to the source link and choose your flavor (32bit or 64bit). Nvidia is offering two different sets of drivers, one for desktops and one for notebooks.
