Microsoft Rewards

Xbox Rewards, a part of the Microsoft Rewards program, strives to be a platform that rewards you for doing the stuff you already do every day with Microsoft.

And as it now appears, an opportunity has presented itself where users get to express themselves highlighting what they like about the platform and what needs to be fixed or improved. Xbox’s Loyalty Marketing Lead, Daniel Martins tweeted posing these questions to Xbox fans and further indicated that “I’ll randomly select a reply that answers the two questions above (can be a thread) on Friday, Aug 19th end of day and give a 3 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate code”.

With the recent expansion of Microsoft Rewards to new countries, it was spotted that the program was not available for Xbox in some countries. This could be among the issues that Microsoft is working on.

Based on the thread, a couple of the users complained about Microsoft awards having expiration dates which prevented them from using them effectively.

Some also complained that the platform can at times be “buggy” when trying to claim points, while some praised the platform and explained who they use it to buy more games and renew Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Daniel Martins, later through a tweet acknowledged receipt of the compliments as well as complaints raised by Xbox fans and further indicated that they will continue to make enhancements on the platform to improve its overall user experience.
