Back in February, Nokia unveiled a new accessory known as Treasure Tags, which can help users keep track of their belongings, and makes sure you never forget anything. The accessory was expected to hit retail in April globally, and it seems it has started popping up in some regions.
The folks at WindowsBlogItalia came across a product listing on Amazon Italy, which lists Nokia Treasure Tags for €29, including shipping. There’s a catch, the product listing shows the item is not currently available in stock, but users can place their order and will be notified about the delivery date via email.
Nokia Treasure Tag is a lightweight accessory which can connect with your smartphone via NFC or Bluetooth using a companion app, and remind users if they forget their things at home or at the office. Users can even locate misplaced items with the help of HERE Maps. Nokia Treasure Tag comes with a battery life of up to six months, and uses a coin size battery cell which can be replaced. The accessory will be available in four colors at launch, including cyan, yellow, white, and black.
There’s no word about the launch of the accessory on US shores, but we’ll update you as soon as it hits retail.Further reading: Amazon, Nokia, Treasure Tags
