Nokia Lumia 530 spotted at Vietnamese retailer, sports non impressive specs

The Nokia Lumia 520 is the most successful Windows Phone handset to date. The company last year launched also launched the Lumia 525, and now apparently, its next generation is also ready to rock — well, at least in Vietnam. The Nokia Lumia 530 handset has been spotted at a Vietnamese e-retailer website Mainguyen.

What’s more interesting is the specifications of the handset — which isn’t much different from the Nokia Lumia 520 or the Lumia 525. The Lumia 530 sports a 4-inch ClearBlack display with ever so slight improved screen resolution of 480 x 854. Powered by quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor, the device surprisingly packs 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. This is surprising because Lumia 525 has 1GB RAM and 8 gigs internal storage.

The camera is reportedly not getting any improvements, and the battery too isn’t packing any extra juice. The handset is available in grey, white, orange and green colors. Though, as you might notice, the placeholder image shows a blue handset, so we might see a blue handset after all.

At this point we are not sure if this indeed is the correct specs of the Lumia 530, however, as GSMA notes, the same retailer has been right with Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Duos and Galaxy Pocket 2 listings in the past. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments below.
