Nokia Lumia 1320 will hit retail in the UK on February 24th

If you’re residing in the UK, you be glad to find out Nokia has announced the oversized Nokia Lumia 1320 in the UK, and will be available from multiple retail outlets. One can name it a budget-friendly version of the Nokia Lumia 1520 with trimmed down hardware.

The Nokia Lumia 1320 brings a cost effective addition to our large screen Windows Phone portfolio,” said Conor Pierce, VP of Nokia in the UK & Ireland.

For those who need a refresher about what to expect from the handset, it rocks a 6-inch display boasting a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, the oversized phablet is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.7GHz with 1GB of RAM on board.

Other features includes 8GB internal storage with ability to expand it via a microSD card slot of up to 16GB and free 7GB of SkyDrive storage, 5 megapixel rear camera for photos and videos, a massive 3,400 mAh battery and runs Windows Phone 8 Lumia Black as its operating system.

The phablet will hit retail in the UK on February 24th, and will be available from EE, Virgin Mobile and Carphone Warehouse as well as online retailers and independent distribution channels.
