Sorry Windows Insiders, if you can’t wait to play with a new Windows 10 Insider build on your phone or PC, you’ll have to wait a little more. Head of the Windows Insider Dona Sarkar has just tweeted it, there will be no new Insider builds today:

Last week, Microsoft released the Insider build 14986 for Windows 10 PCs, though the rollout wasn’t exactly smooth as some Windows Insiders have been affected by various download issues. As for Windows 10 Mobile, the Insider build 14977 is already two weeks old, which is probably a bit long for a lot of Windows Insiders. Anyway, it’s ok for Microsoft to take its time if the next builds bring us several new features, improvements and fixes on both platforms.
Today is also Patch Tuesday, which is usually the day when Microsoft pushes a new cumulative update for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile users on the production ring. However, the PC build 14393.479 was released to the production ring last Friday so the company may well proceed differently this month.
