Next Batman video game could feature his son, Damian Wayne

According to a report on Kotaku, Warner Bros. Montreal is apparently working on a new Batman video game that would star someone other than Bruce Wayne under the cowl, his son, Damian. While Damian’s existence may be unknown to casual Batman fans, the characters has been receiving quite a bit of attention in the Batman comics and animated projects in recent years and has become one of the franchise’s most-popular characters among fans.

Warner Bros. Montreal developed the Batman Arkham trilogy spin-off/prequel, Batman: Arkham Origins, a few years ago but have been in development since then possibly working on a Suicide Squad game which has now reportedly been cancelled. There is very little information on this new Damian Wayne Batman video game but, if real, would likely feature a similar gameplay style to the popular Arkham games and would launch on Microsoft’s Xbox One and other modern consoles.
