Never Alone Arctic Collection, consisting of Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) and its expansion Never Alone: Foxtales, is now available for Xbox One for $17.99 as highlighted by Major Nelson. The atmospheric puzzle game allows you to experience the journey of Nuna and Fox as they travel. The game is developed in collaboration with the Alaska Native people and revolves around both characters setting out to find the source of an eternal blizzard which could destroy everything they've known for ages.
The Foxtales expansion includes a handful of new levels of environments to explore, challenging puzzles and deadly enemies to counter. As a player, you play in various challenging conditions and embark upon a mission to rescue a new friend, surviving through swirling currents, fierce creatures and hidden underwater hazards of the region. Foxtales' game description points out that it also includes five "unlockable Cultural Insight videos featuring members of the Alaska Native community including the family of Willie Panik Goodwin, Sr., the storyteller whose tale of “The Two Coastal Brothers” inspired the game."
If you're interested in this puzzle game with cultural insight, head over to the Xbox One Store and grab the bundle. If you already have Never Alone you can purchase the Foxtales Expansion for only $3.99
