In what is likely to be one of the year’s most-depressing gaming-related stories, a man has traded the location of the body of a woman he murdered for an Xbox console and access to the prison’s correction programs.

The woman in question was Venus Stewart, his 32 year old wife who he murdered back in August of 2010. While charged with first-degree murder the following year and now serving a life sentence, the location of her body had remained a mystery until this week.

It’s unclear which Xbox console the man was given but here’s hoping it wasn’t an Xbox One X, Microsoft’s latest Xbox model.
