Minecraft gets spooky just in time for Halloween

Minecraft is getting a little bit festive this year, offering up some scares for players who make use of partnered servers. Lifeboat, InPvP, and Mineplex will all have some special events going on to celebrate the spookiest time of the year. The festivities started on Friday the 13th and will be going on until Halloween day on October 31st for those who are Bedrock Engine platforms of the game.

You can see some great examples of what'll be happening in the video that Team Mojang put together in honor of the holiday. If you haven't played Minecraft in a while, or are a frequent player who just loves the Holiday, this is going to be a great time for you to hop in and enjoy the pumpkin-y goodness. Whether you're in it for the mini-games, the cosmetic items, or the general Halloween revelry, you'll find something different to do in Minecraft this month.
