Microsoft’s Mixer reveals its streaming & event schedule for PAX East 2018

The video game expo, PAX East, begins tomorrow and runs through to April 8th and Microsoft’s Mixer streaming service will be there with a presence on the show floor, numerous livestreams, and a panel for attendees to, well, attend.

The official Mixer booth will be at Booth #15019 in Hall A which will feature daily giveaways, meet-and-greets with popular Mixer streamers, and a daily livestream show. A variety of Mixer Partners will also be playing Fortnite Battle Royale for the Mixer HyperZone channel and members of the public are invited to play against them.

A special Mixer panel focusing on building a channel community will be held in the Dragonfly Theatre on Saturday, April 7th at 12PM ET. The panel will be hosted by Mixer’s Josh Stein and MK Ives and will feature Mixer Partners, Hunkstaban, Caglee, UnicornGaming and iHollywoodLive.

Mixer is Microsoft’s Twitch competitor, a streaming service designed for broadcasting video game gameplay, talk shows, and other creative content. Since being heavily integrated into the Xbox One dashboard in 2017, the service has noticeably grown with many more active streamers and viewers than this time a year ago.
