Microsoft is looking into bringing Artifical Intelligence and HoloLens to workplaces by introducing new products to their Dynamics 365 suite of applications. The new apps are meant for both salespeople and also front-line workers, and are scheduled to become available in the next few weeks (via Venture Beat.)

There are three AI-focused Dynamics 365 apps which Microsoft is introducing this week. First off, there is Dynamics 365 AI for Sales, designed to give insights into sales pipelines. There’s also Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Service, which uses natural language understanding and automated bots to give customer service reps better understandings when dealing with customers. And finally, there is Dynamics 365 AI for Market Insights, which combines market research, social media, and information to assist marketers in responding to customers on web channels.

On the HoloLens front, there is both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Layout. If the names sound familiar, that is because these apps were introduced back at Build 2018, and were initially in limited preview. These apps help businesses collaborate remotely with heads-up, hands-free video calling and also help workers place virtual items in commercial and industrial settings.

You can expect for Microsoft to speak more about these apps during their annual Ignite conference in Florida. We’ll be covering that event, so be sure to keep it tuned right here for all your Ignite news and information.
