Microsoft’s digital assistant, Cortana, appears to have added support for the upcoming GLAS thermostat. This new device was announced several months ago but has yet to be given a concrete release date. The addition of support for the thermostat in Cortana though could mean that its release is on the horizon.

The GLAS thermostat is a digital thermostat that boasts a transparent display which can show the temperature, traffic, and forecasts among other data and will also be able to detect when someone is in the room and the quality of the air.

This update to Cortana is still apparently rolling out to users.
