Microsoft 365

We are all aware of the tedious process that one has to go through in order to switch between accounts on the Office mobile app on Android. But as it now seems, that might be a thing of the past as Microsoft is currently working on a way to simplify the process and make it more seamless for users that have more than one account.

According to Microsoft. users will now be able to have a “single view” of all the accounts that they are signed into. And not only that, you will now be able to switch between multiple accounts by making a couple of clicks.  Remember, this feature is already available for users who want to switch between multiple accounts in Microsoft 365 online apps.

All you have to do to access this feature is to Tap your Profile icon on the Office Mobile Home screen, then you will be redirected to the Me Screen where you can either switch from one account to another by tapping the desired account name or add a new account by tapping Connect account.

This feature is currently being rolled out to Office Insiders running Android build 16.0.15225.20232 or later. Therefore, if you don’t have it yet it will probably get to you in the near future as Microsoft continues to make improvements and enhancements to the feature based on the feedback they receive in order to enhance the user experience.
