Microsoft are doing some pretty nifty things with their new Surface 2 product, including releasing a limited edition cover which allows you to remix your favourite songs. The cover is as thin as the touch cover, and allows you to share your remixed music with friends across the world.
The cover requires an app which has been developed around the Xbox Music app for tighter integration with the music you already have. The cover is pressure sensitive, much like the touch covers. You can set beats per minute, select custom sounds, hooks, instruments, fx and vocals.
