Microsoft Translator runs on a number of platforms, including iOS, Android, and as a Universal App for Microsoft's own Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. Translator supports text translation for 50 languages, voice translation for 18 languages, and picture translation that can display what's printed on a picture or sign in 19 languages. It's no surprise, then, that this example of Microsoft's machine language prowess has gotten Time's attention.
