Apparently, Microsoft has the marketing rights to a bunch of games and will make the formal announcement at E3 2018 in June. As noted in a report by MSPU, Microsoft will have the marketing rights to the following games:
Splinter Cell
Metro Exodus
Cyberpunk 2077
Borderlands 3
Battlefield 5 WW 2
Shadow of the Tomb Raider
Anthem
Elder Scrolls 6
Madden NFL 19
MSPU found the information via Rectify Gaming (who no longer has the link available, nor their entire website for some reason), but the they are live on Twitter.

There’s no telling what Microsoft has in store for E3 2018, as the event is still a few months away. Microsoft is still busy pushing Xbox One gamers towards buying the Xbox One X. However, if Microsoft wants to bring more gamers to Xbox One X, the Redmond company better have a boatload of new games ready for E3 2018. Otherwise, Microsoft will remain trailing behind Sony’s Playstation 4.
