Microsoft has just announced that the latest Build developer conference, held virtually since 2020 and again this year, will be on May 24-26. The Build website is short on details so far, but a FAQ does say that registration for the event will again be free, and will be available in “late April.”

Come together with peers and experts May 24–26, 2022, for an engaging experience around the latest in innovation and tools that will help you stay informed.

Designed for development

  • Learn about the latest tech and developer innovations with announcements, news, and tutorials.
  • New for this year, experience market-specific content and connection opportunities for France, Germany, Japan, Latin America, and the UK.
  • Ask Microsoft subject matter experts your technical questions and network with others in your area through live, interactive sessions.

Microsoft typically uses the Build conference to announce news, although it’s been heavy on Azure news and a bit light on Windows news lately. We’ll have more on what to expect soon, but for now carve out some time on your calendar in late May for what’s coming from Microsoft.
