Microsoft’s budget-friendly Windows 10 Mobile smartphone, the Lumia 550, went on sale in the US yesterday. But, if you’re residing on the other side of the border, there’s some good news for you if you want to grab the handset. The company is now selling the entry-level Lumia 550 in Canada through it’s online store for CAD 189. This isn’t a very high price tag for such a smartphone, and can be a good option if you’re a little tight on the budget and don’t want to spend a high sum on a device.
For $189, you’ll get a smartphone rocking a 4.7-inch 720p display with a quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. Other features include LTE connectivity, 5MP camera for photos and videos, 2MP front-facing camera, a 2,100 mAh battery and ships with Windows 10 Mobile as its operating system.
