Microsoft Rewards is experiencing issues with emails, Microsoft recommends checking Order History for redemptions

If you’ve recently redeemed some Microsoft Rewards points and not received an email confirmation or an email with your reward, fear not. Microsoft has placed an alert on the Microsoft Rewards dashboard alerting users to an issue with emails.

Redemptions are still being processed, but to see them, you’ll need to view your Order History within the Microsoft Rewards dashboard.

Points can be earned and redeemed as normal. This issue only affects the sending of email confirmations.
