Dona Sarkar and the Windows Insider staff are releasing Preview build 14361 for both Windows 10 PCs and Windows 10 Mobile today. The updates for both PC and Mobile are going out now to Windows Insiders in the fast ring.
There are a number of new features including upgrades to Hyper-V containers, LastPass for Microsoft Edge, and Windows Ink.
