Now and then, Microsoft loads up the latest Windows 10 Insider builds as ISO images to make installing builds from a scratch a good deal easier. Usually, the company is a build or two behind, and today is no different. Right now, you can head over to the relevant Microsoft location and download the ISO for build 14342.

So, if you’d like to scrub your Windows Insider machine down to the bare silicon and start from scratch, or just kick off upgrades without the need to keep using up your data cap, then head on over to Microsoft’s download site.
