Microsoft has just taken to an official blog to announce that Upgrade Analytics  is now available in a public preview. Upgrade Analytics was first announced a few weeks ago, and allows businesses to get telemetry from Windows 10 devices, and also helps them analyze system performance Business apps are performing.

This availability means that Upgrade Analytics can now be added to an existing OMS workspace. New users also can can sign up for a new OMS workspace with the Upgrade Analytics solution enabled. In line with this, Microsoft is noting that Data generated by Upgrade Analytics is not counted towards the OMS quota, so businesses can use a free-tier OMS workspace for Upgrade Analytics. Additionally, Microsoft notes there will be no extra charges generated by Upgrade Analytics data if the business  are using a Standard of Premium tier workspace.

For the complete details on how to see your organization data in Upgrade Analytics, you can visit this official webpage. Microsoft highlights the fact that once the data is sent will usually show up in Upgrade Analytics within 48 hours. Lastly, the Redmond giant also notes that as an IT Pro you decide whether or not data is sent to the service. Data is only sent from Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 computers if the Opt In flag is set as described in step 4 or the computers are opted in to the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP).
