A tone detector feature is set to launch in Outlook on the web this month. Initially rolling out to business users, the feature will use the Microsoft Editor browser extension to automatically detect the tone of the email and offer up suggestions for improving the tone.

LinkedIn to follow Twitter in removing its Stories feature less than a year after launch
It’s been less than a year since LinkedIn launched its Stories feature, and it has become apparent that the feature just wasn’t being used by users. As such, LinkedIn’s Stories feature will be removed by the end of the month. It’s not come without some benefit, however, as the social network plans to add some of Stories’ video editing features into a more permanent video feature.
