Microsoft's Nat Friedman has just taken to the company's blog to announce that Gartner has recognized Microsoft as a Leader in its 2016 Magic Quadrant for Mobile Application Development Platforms. This reflects Microsoft's expanded Mobile Application Development Platforms, especially in regards to Xamarin integration, enhancements to Azure App Services, and more.
Nat notes that Microsoft has also shown commitment towards their vision of "Any developer, any app, any platform," and the company is glad the industry has been recognizing this approach to mobility. Additionally, Nat highlights some of the reasons for Gartner's validation.
