Microsoft has just launched a one-stop landing page to help IT Admins increase the awareness and usage of Lists across their organizations. The new Microsoft Lists adoption center has been designed to provide quick access to best-practices, online guides, and adoption templates for end-users of the newest Microsoft 365 app.
“Lists is available 100% worldwide across all commercial, government, and education plans. Within Microsoft 365, Lists enables intelligent information tracking, with features to make organizing simple, smart, and flexible. And now that it’s here, it’s time to adopt it – at scale – across your entire organization. And we’re here to help,” the company explained.
To get started, users will need to head to the new Microsoft Lists adoption page. The newly created adoption center includes a bunch of resources for employees who are planning to begin their adoption journey with Lists or those who have already started it. Users will be able to get the following resources:
- Adoption playbook: A comprehensive list of best practices to increase awareness and running training sessions.
- Purple circle Day-in-the-life guides: The Lists Day in the Life Guides explaining Product Managers, Human Resources, Marketing, and Educators are using Microsoft Lists.
- Purple square Quickstart guide: A guide that details the basic features of the standalone app and the Lists experience in Teams.
- Purple circle Internal communication templates: It is a folder of email, flyer, and announcement templates detailing the major features of Microsoft Lists.
The company has also provided some additional resources for people interested in learning more about Microsoft Lists and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. This includes a Lists resource center, Microsoft Lists help and 'how to' guide, and more. Did you find this Microsoft Lists adoption center useful to get started with the new Lists app?
