Microsoft highlights its Top 10 best year-ending Windows Store deals

As 2015 is wrapping up and 2016 is set to begin, Microsoft continues to push new deals across all of its various venues. Up next is the Windows Store, which has a number of deals going on as part of Microsoft’s Countdown to 2016.
The deals are a mix of special music and movie offers, along with some interesting apps and games. Here’s a quick list.

The Beatles

Microsoft joins a number of streaming music providers in offering The Beatles tracks for the first time. If you have a Groove Music Pass, you’re all set to stream a whopping 17 Beatles albums. But if you’re more inclined to purchase tracks than rent them, The Windows Store also offers albums at 30% off the regular price. Two of 2015’s biggest action flicks are on sale at the Windows Store for a chunky 50% off, and the epic Lord of the Rings Trilogy is also up for grabs at a 22% reduced price.
