Microsoft made a rather large pitch for the validity of 3D technologies and software in the future during its Windows event this past October. From 3D capturing of images using specialized software and smartphone camera tech to engineering 3D features directly into the Windows 10 core functionality of many the operating systems programs, Microsoft is gearing up for a 3-Dimensional creative landscape.

While the idea of 3D creation and manipulation may seem like a code-heavy endeavor, Microsoft is highlighting how easy the process can be for the casual Windows 10 user by showcasing some early Remix3D Preview designs.

“With just a few simple pieces and the drawing tool, our remixers can take to the skies, literally and figuratively. This easy-to-create little plane promises a safe and enjoyable trip, and is customized with drawn-on windows. The happy clouds and sun provide the right backdrop, with just a sky-blue square and stickers.

The 3D Remix plane model is just one of hundreds that have already been created and Microsoft is encouraging those interested, to join the Remix3D and Paint 3D preview communities now.
